       In the company's thriving journey, every Luxin employee has been a participant, witness, and creator. To document these shining footprints and share the resonant emotions aligned with the company, Luxin launched the themed essay contest titled "My Days at Luxin." The event received an enthusiastic response, with heartfelt submissions recounting intertwined stories of personal and corporate struggles, growth joys, and life transformations.

Today, let us step into Yang Xiaopan's "Fifteen Years Together: Growing Up with Lixin," where the warm and heartfelt words will take us back to relive the wonderful moments of our shared journey.


       Time rolls forward like a relentless wheel, never pausing. Suddenly turning back, that company gate I first pushed open, where I first saw the words "Humanistic Technology, Harmonious Sharing." After the interview, the boss patted me on the shoulder and said, "Come in tomorrow for work." Yet now, these moments have become memories from fifteen years ago.

 

ONE  In the year when I opened the door and entered, I took root in Luxin


       In 2011, it was a new starting point in my life. That year, I had just started my own small family with my lover. With the longing for our new marriage and the confusion about our career, I walked into the "Dongguan Liaobu Road Xin Hardware Products Factory". At that time, the company was like a startup family, with a small scale and few employees. Everyone was crowded in a not so spacious two-story factory building, striving fiercely for a common goal.

 

 

The company's quality policy of "precision processing, high-quality delivery, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction" and business philosophy of "customer is the sky, quality is the root, innovation is the source, and employees are the foundation" make me feel that the company has ideals, direction, and goals. This culture has begun to implant my thoughts, and I am like a young sapling just buried in the soil, taking root here, learning and growing.

 

TWO  From the old factory building to the industrial park, I transformed with the company


      In the past fifteen years, I have witnessed and personally experienced the migration and growth of the "Lu Xin family" twice. The first relocation is still fresh in my memory. We moved from the slightly cramped old factory to the first industrial park and became Dongguan Luxin Hardware Products Co., Ltd. The reluctance when packing equipment, the excitement when setting up new workstations, and the excitement when looking at brand new offices and factories are all vividly remembered.


      That is not just a transformation of space, but also a departure for the company to upgrade from a "small boat" to a "big boat". From a shout that can be heard by the entire factory, to the use of landline communication methods. In the process of evolving from oral transmission to document culture, there have been pains and lows, but we have a broader stage for development and our performance is constantly improving.

 

 

During this period, I worked steadily and solidified my foundation in terms of work. Under the guidance of leaders and colleagues, I have learned about hardware processing materials, process surface treatment, machinery and equipment, tool and fixture inspection methods, and have gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the entire process of making finished products from materials.
   

At the same time, I also participated in the entire process of ERP update iteration and was exposed to knowledge and management thinking of quality management systems such as ISO16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3, etc. I have learned the requirements of project management and quality management from system thinking, and at the same time, I have gradually become an independent person from the "newcomer" who needed to seek advice on everything.

 

 

 

During the time of accompanying the company's rapid growth, I also experienced the ups and downs of life stages. Our hometown has been rejuvenated, and my two little cuties have also met us in the hopes of our family. Our family has gradually become happier and more fulfilling. But at the same time, I also experienced the sadness and helplessness of losing loved ones. It is these experiences that have made me calm and responsible, gradually becoming the true pillar of the family.

 

TREE  In the years when the company went global, my little home also came to fruition

 

For the second relocation, the company has already shown a strong momentum of braving the wind and waves. We have moved into this vibrant industrial park, where the scale, equipment, and team are no longer the same as before. We have officially established 'Luxin Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.'. During this period, we experienced the terrible COVID-19, but the virus can not stop us from developing. When others were closed down, under the leadership of Lu Xin's leadership, we overcame numerous difficulties and were able to resume normal operations after the end of the year. We seized the opportunity during the epidemic and our performance increased against the trend.


      In addition, we established a new factory in Thailand and put it into operation, making Luxin a multinational corporation. At the same time, the company is also undergoing profound changes, launching corporate culture construction, changes in the thinking of middle and senior management personnel, and deeper reforms to reduce fragmentation through systematic management.

 

 

Now, Lu Xin emphasizes a results oriented approach, and the management team does not take pride in individual heroism. At the same time, the company is vigorously promoting project management, establishing a research and development department, establishing quality and standards from the development front end, and continuously promoting automation and informatization. And now, 'annual output value exceeding 200 million' has become the glory we have created down-to-earth. Behind this number are countless nights of overtime struggle by Lu Xin people, as well as the results of teamwork.

 

My life trajectory is also synchronized with the company - with the efforts of my wife and I, we have our own new house in Dongguan, and my mother and children have moved from our hometown to live together as new Dongguan people. Children are no longer left behind children, we can also guide their learning and care about their growth. On weekends, family members go out to play, eat, and chat together. I think this is probably the meaning of working hard.

 

 

 

During this period, I gradually realized the importance of company culture and identified improvement directions for reducing fragmentation from the bottleneck period caused by fragmented cognition and chaotic work. To achieve fragmented management, the first requirement is for us veteran comrades to abandon individual heroism, because while one person may walk fast, a group of people can go far.

We need to promote the spirit of mentoring and teaching those around us, so that we can have time to explore unknown fields, learn things beyond our own cognition, and thus improve ourselves.

 

FORE  On the road to fragmentation, I am willing to walk with Lu Xin towards a farther future


     These fifteen years have been a dual narrative of "getting married" and "establishing a career" for me. A company is no longer just an employer that pays salaries. He is the cradle of my professional life and my second home. Here, I spent the most vibrant years of my life, gaining a sense of accomplishment in my career and establishing an economic foundation to support my family. Nowadays, living together as a family and having healthy children growing up, this' stable happiness' cannot be separated from the opportunities and recognition given to me by the company.

 

 

 

In my future work, I will continue to be result oriented, problem driven, and promote the simplification and standardization of complex tasks through fragmentation, systematization, and process oriented approaches, ensuring efficient operation. Adhere to the attitude of "rigorous and pragmatic, pioneering and innovative" when doing engineering work. Fragmentation is always on the way! For my family, I am grateful to my mother and filial to her elderly parents; To my wife, we are partners who fight side by side and support each other; We protect our children and accompany them in their growth.

My days are tightly woven together with the company and cannot be separated. In the next five or ten years, I am still willing to stay here and work hard with my current comrades. Looking at the big tree of Lu Xin, it continues to flourish and achieve more people who have contributed to Lu Xin, leading them towards a more distant future.

 

After reading Yang Xiaopan's story, we seem to see how a small sapling takes root, branches, and flourishes in the fertile soil of Lu Xin. In fifteen years, he went from being inexperienced to mature, growing from a newcomer to a backbone; The company has also moved from old factories to industrial parks, and then to multinational corporations. The dual track parallel growth trajectory is the most vivid footnote of "humanistic technology, harmonious sharing".
