At the dawn of the morning, everything is thriving. At 8 o'clock on the morning of May 11th, all employees of Luxin Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. gathered in the factory square and punctually began the weekly routine morning meeting. This familiar and solemn morning meeting not only sounded the horn of struggle for the new week, but also witnessed the successful holding of two important ceremonies - the 2026 management position appointment commitment ceremony and the award ceremony for the "My Days at Luxin" essay contest.
To further enhance the sense of responsibility among the management team and clarify work objectives, the company solemnly held the 2026 annual management position appointment commitment ceremony under the joint witness of all employees.
Lai Wei, the company's leader, personally presented appointment letters to all management personnel. These blue appointment letters carry the trust and expectations of the company, and also signify that each manager has officially taken on a heavy responsibility.
Upon receiving the appointment letter, one is accepting a mission and responsibility. Colleagues in management positions will set higher standards for themselves, lead by example, and take the lead in overcoming difficulties, contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
Just as the striking slogan on the wall of the factory area reads: "The employees' yearning for a better life is our managers' goal." The managers of Luxin are fulfilling this promise through their actions.
To unite the team and capture the precious moments of employees' growth alongside the company, the company officially launched the "My Days at Luxin" essay contest across the entire group in November 2025. The event received enthusiastic responses from employees in Dongguan, Suzhou, and Thailand, with numerous heartfelt submissions collected.
After the preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation, and final evaluation by the selection committee, the award-winning results of the event were officially announced on February 9th, the first quarter of 2026. Given that the evaluation criteria for the first prize in this event did not meet expectations, the first prize was left vacant. Ultimately, two second prizes, three third prizes, and five honorable mentions were awarded, with a total of 10 outstanding works receiving awards.

This morning meeting and series of ceremonies are not only a summary of the past, but also a declaration of the future. Standing at a new starting point, Lu Xinren will continue to work hand in hand with a high spirited attitude and pragmatic style, creating excellent results together!
