The training combines theory with practical experience, aiming to enhance the professional competence and operational ability of new employees, injecting fresh vitality into the high-quality development of the factory.
Director Chen's professional mentor led the team to conduct practical exercises to solidify the foundation
Under the guidance of Senior Technical Backbone Production Supervisor Chen from Luxin Technology, teaching will be conducted through a "group system" focusing on specific job types/positions, such as mechanical operation, assembly processes, quality inspection standards, etc. Mentors go deep into the production line to demonstrate equipment operation standards, safety precautions, and common problem handling methods on site, ensuring that new employees understand, learn, and use them.
Situational teaching, strengthening safety awareness
In response to the production characteristics of Luxin Technology, a safety operation simulation section has been specially set up for training. Through case analysis, emergency drills, and other methods, strengthen the understanding of new employees on safety regulations such as wearing labor protection equipment, mechanical protection, and using fire-fighting facilities, and establish the production concept of "safety first".
