      On the morning of July 18th, the unveiling ceremony for the "R&D Workshop" of Luxin Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Themed "Precision Research Empowers, Smart Manufacturing Upgrades", this ceremony officially marked the beginning of the company's progression towards the precision manufacturing sector. Leaders including Wu Guoping, Chairman of Luxin Group, Lai Wei, Deputy Director of the Dongguan headquarters, Wang Xuelong, Deputy General Manager of the Suzhou subsidiary, Chen Qiancai, Director, Chen Yunfei, Financial Manager, and Wu Shuncheng, Deputy General Manager of the Thailand subsidiary, attended the ceremony.

 

 

01 R&D Workshop: Embarking on a New Journey

 

 

      At the beginning of the ceremony, all participating leaders gathered together and solemnly signed their names on the backdrop, marking this memorable moment. Mr. Wu Guoping, the chairman, mentioned in his speech: "The opening of the R&D workshop is a crucial step for Luxin Technology to move towards intelligent and lean production. The achievements of the R&D workshop in the future are inseparable from everyone's hard work and responsibility, and it requires everyone to work together to forge ahead."

 

 

 

      Subsequently, Chairman Wu and Deputy Factory Director Lai Wei jointly unveiled the red cloth covering the plaque of the "R&D Workshop", officially announcing the opening of the new workshop.

 

 

      After the ceremony, the leaders walked into the "R&D workshop" together for an on-site visit and inspection, gaining a deep understanding of its scientific and reasonable layout as well as efficient and smooth operational processes.

 

 

 

02 Transition from Old to New: The Leap from Chaos to Standardization

      In the development history of Luxin Technology, the transformation of the workshop represents a significant process of change. During the operation of the original workshop, the company faced numerous challenges, such as unreasonable spatial layout and chaotic personnel flow, which affected production efficiency and operational management levels.
