On December 23rd, with the coordination and cooperation of the company's overall organization and project team, the first "Craftsmanship and Quality Manufacturing" Cup Quality Competition of Luxin Technology came to a successful conclusion. 01 Preliminary round: All members participate, pen tips showcase strength
On December 12th, the company organized a preliminary written test for all employees in the fifth floor conference room and cafeteria simultaneously. The examination room was orderly, and the participants answered calmly, demonstrating a solid reserve of quality knowledge and a rigorous professional attitude.
After two rounds of written exams and centralized grading by the project team, 30 employees stood out and advanced to the finals. Among them, the top 12 candidates for positions such as engineers, managers, technicians, and the top 18 candidates for other positions were successfully selected.
02 Finals: Fun Competition, Team Sees True Chapter
On December 23rd, a lively quality knowledge competition kicked off in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. Six cross departmental teams formed by drawing lots compete on the same stage, engaging in intense competition between team collaboration and individual abilities.

After multiple rounds of intense competition, the competition awards were finally announced. The first prize of the team was won by the third group, who stood out in the competition with their solid foundation and excellent teamwork.
In terms of personal awards, Zhang Xiaohua, Shi Yaxuan, and Tang Jie won first, second, and third prizes respectively. They vividly demonstrated the persistent pursuit of quality and professional spirit of Lu Xin people through their outstanding performance.
