In order to further promote the spirit of craftsmanship, comprehensively improve the professional skills of employees, correctly evaluate and measure the professional skills of skilled personnel in production workshops and power departments, and motivate employees to continuously learn, innovate, and improve their professional skills, a technician skill rating assessment was conducted in our company on June 28 and June 29, 2024.

 

Computer programming process
In this event, we invited the Engineering Department, Quality Department, and Manufacturing Center to participate in the evaluation to ensure that the assessment process is open and fair.
